SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY NZ WIDE

Flat rate Standard Post is $10 Nationwide for orders of 3 pairs or less. Flat rate Standard Post is $15 Nationwide for orders of 4-6 pairs. Flat rate Standard Post is $20 Nationwide for orders of 7-13 pairs. Flat rate Standard Post is $25 Nationwide for orders of 14-17 pairs. For any orders of 18 pairs or more, Standard Post will cost $40 nationwide. For bulk or wholesale ordering, please contact hello@sweetslips.co.nz.

 

International Orders

Flat rate shipping for international orders is $35NZD for up to 10 pairs of Sweet Slips. To order more than 10 pairs, please contact hello@sweetslips.co.nz for a custom freight price.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

We endeavor to process and dispatch orders of in-stock items as quickly as possible. Order processing can take 1-3 business days. Any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following 1-3 business days.

Please allow 3-6 business days for the delivery of your item/s. Rural delivery may take longer. This serves as a guide, times may vary.

​​RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY​

(for purchases made from our online store - www.sweetslips.co.nz)

 

Here at Sweet Slips & Wayne Corp Ltd we want to ensure you are happy with your online purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the purchase date to contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Sweet Slips will only accept a return or exchange provided your items are like new, unused and in saleable condition, including original packaging. Providing your return meets our policy, we will provide a full refund for the item amount excluding shipping costs. 

Shipping costs to return the item are not covered by Sweet Slips (unless the item is faulty). 

 

All returns, refunds and exchanges will be at the discretion of Sweet Slips & Wayne Corp Ltd.

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email us promptly with your order number and a photograph of the item.  Sweet Slips will always work towards a satisfactory solution however, any damaged item/s will be addressed on a case by case basis. If a replacement cannot be supplied, a refund will be provided. 

 

Returns take 1-2 weeks for processing. A refund can take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Returns are processed within one week upon receiving your item. International orders are returnable at the customer's expense. Shipping is not refundable.

All Sweet Slips purchases made in person/instore are not eligible for a change of mind refund.
