Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
(For purchases made from www.sweetslips.co.nz)
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the purchase date to contact us to arrange a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, in like-new and saleable condition, including original packaging. If approved, a full refund of the item amount (excluding shipping costs) will be provided.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all international returns are at the customer’s expense.
Before sending any items back, please contact us at orders@sweetslips.co.nz. Our team will assess your request and advise whether the product needs to be returned for further inspection.
All returns and warranty claims are assessed at the discretion of Sweet Slips & Wayne Corp Ltd.
Returns or warranty claims will not be accepted for Sweet Slips that show wear and tear from outdoor use. If a return is requested in these cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@sweetslips.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item. If a replacement cannot be supplied, a refund will be provided.
Processing Times
Returns are typically processed within 1 week of receiving the item.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in person or in-store are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
